Santa Maria Atzompa is currently constructing a new community museum lcoated next to the municipio. Students from the Ethnographic Field Methods courses (2006 and 2007) conducted life history interviews with community elders. Interviews were recorded and information gathered will be compared to archive data to create a timeline of municipio presidents and a future museum exhibit.
