Research and Publications

She has published articles and chapters on the topics of domestic service, migration, young people and politics, parent involvement in schools, and research methods. She is co-editor (with Ellen Hansen) of Women and Change at the US-Mexico Border: Mobility, Labor, and Activism, forthcoming (Spring 2006) from the University of Arizona Press. She is currently working on two new research projects: one on call center workers in India and a second on young people and the political incorporation of immigrant families.
