Curriculum
Courses
The curriculum is composed of three essential components: 1) MBA core courses, 2) a set of pre-determined elective courses and theme courses selected to meet the demands of the sports business management professional, and 3) a full-time internship of four to five months duration in the type of organization that meets the student's career goals.
1) The MBA Core Curriculum blends traditional business concepts and analytical tools with applications in sports business. Applications are brought to life with case studies and guest lecturers drawn from sports-related organizations.

3)Internship and Culminating Experience. Students may take advantage of contacts our program has already established, or personal contacts made prior to or during SDSU's Sports MBA experience.

Weekly Class Schedule
Classes meet Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, typically between 9 A.M. and 5 P.M. An off-day or evening lecture, guest speaker, or class project may occasionally be scheduled in addition to the regularly scheduled class days.
