BATS Information for Staff

The ITS-BATS (Baseline Access, Training and Support) group offers computer software training on the PC and Mac operating systems to the SDSU professional staff. Staff can learn how to use powerful software programs for creating and formatting documents and spreadsheets.

In addition, staff can learn to design, create and maintain databases and web sites for their departments and colleges. The hands-on BATS workshops are offered in Fall, Spring and Summer semesters.
