Environmental anthropology, sustainability, human ecology of coastal and marine resource use, social dimensions of marine protected areas, community-based resource management and development, resilience and vulnerability of coastal communities to climate change and natural disasters, political ecology. Amazonia, Latin America, and the Pacific.
